★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エンジンオイルとフィルターの交換を依頼。
作業はすぐに終わったが、その日の内に確認するとフィルターが交換されていない。
再度店に行き店員に訊ねると、交換したの一点張り。来店前に録ったフィルターの画像を見せると、車を確認し「交換し忘れた」とのこと。改めてその場で交換して頂きました。二度手間だったので星ひとつで。
ところでフィルターの画像、手前側は綺麗なのに対し、取り付け側には埃が溜まってたのはなんでだろうなあ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 話を聞いて信用出来そうだったからコーティングに出したら磨き傷をつけられて言い訳は「ボンネットは熱を持ってるから傷は仕方ないです」だそうで。素人でもボンネット熱かったら施工しないわ。
まさかコーティングに出して傷つくとはさすがガソスタです。市販のコーティング剤で自分でやった方が余程綺麗に仕上がります。
ゴム部分にもコーティング剤付いてたり、隙間にもコーティング剤が白く残ってたりさすがガソスタです。
クレームを入れたら磨いてやり直すと言われましたが、これ以上素人が触れて悪化させられたくないので断ってちゃんとプロにお願いしようと思います。
やっぱりガソスタにお願いしたのが間違いでしたね。みなさんも車の事はしっかりとプロに頼みましょう。所詮ガソスタは素人です。
