The charcoal in this shop is excellent! The snack charcoal was sold out, but I enjoyed it with salt ramen and fried rice! I was surprised that the amount of fried vegetables was too large. Of course it was delicious!

The biggest surprise is the thickly sliced but fluffy char siu! !! It was a condensed flavor. The fried rice coated with the char siu should not be delicious and it was a very satisfying set. The volume was perfect and the cost performance was the best. It was a treat. I am grateful for the encounter with the good town of China, which makes me want to stop by even if I make a detour.

Before I was even able to finish the second cup of water, the owner told me "It's time to leave". It was 7pm and the place was not even close to full! There were only two customers including me. How rude is this!

The sliced pork and bean sprouts is a good side dish that goes with the fried rice if you would like to also try something else. Only open for select hours during lunch and dinner on weekdays only. No weekends or public holidays. Restaurant is definitely dirty, there is a layer of oil on the floors and everywhere around the cooking area. Something you need to get your mind over if you decide to eat here.
