Occasionally the prince was born and named “Takeuchi Oji” and the inside of the palace including the Emperor was full of joy. The villagers also had a festive banquet and talked happily together. However, the condition was getting worse day by day, despite the treatment of a doctor who came with me and the nursing of the sultry officials. Therefore, the Emperor immediately called Konobu Kusaka Tonobu, as the ambassador, visited the country's first spiritual business card, Mt. Soraiji, prayed for peace and healing. The villagers also prayed to the nearby palaces and temples, and they all went back to wishing the joy of the young prince. However, the prayers above and below were empty, and Prince Takeuchi finally passed away in this temporary palace. The sorrow of the people in the palace, including the emperor, was inseparable. In particular, the 12 officials and women who attended continued to cry, mourning the death of the short prince without nursing. “At least let the young prince comfort you and give you the delicacies of the death”. ち ょ う ど Just that night, the sky continued to fall as if the sky could not bear this sadness. The twelve officials and women stood on the shore of the pond near the Imperial Palace, and prayed for the prince's souls that are not in the world, and threw themselves into the pond. It was a beautiful but young life. In spring and autumn, the graves of twelve officials and women, who have been enshrined in the precincts of Shorakuji Temple for more than a thousand years, have been enshrined every year as fosters praise the graves of 12 officials and women. The story is still handed down to the young prince who passed away sadly, unfortunately, and 12 souls who were distracted.
