N	Naoko Imoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的なピザ窯で焼くピザは、香ばしさから、ピザのジューシーさから、チーズやトマトソースなどの旨味から、満点。特筆すべきなのは、ちゃんとコンパクトサイズも作っていただけるので、他の料理も楽しめましたよ！アクアパッツァもいただきましたが、魚の表面のカリカリ具合と香ばしさがまあすごいこと。そして油をちゃんと焼いた濃厚な香ばしさがあり、魚介の出汁と絡まって複雑で濃厚な旨味に。パンでスープもすくって余すことなくいただきました。順番逆になりますが、前菜もスパークリングワインに合う物をチョイスしていただきました。小魚のフライが揚げたてのホクホク。前菜は作り置きのものを出すレストランが多いと思うのですが、丁寧なご飯づくりをしているお店でした！関西学院大のキャンパスの近くなので、学生さんだとお得なランチもあリ。学生さんうらやましい。また行きますー。再訪ありです！ The pizza that you bake in a full-fledged pizza oven is perfect because of its fragrance, juicy pizza, and the taste of cheese and tomato sauce. The toppings were good, and they had a good variety of pizzas. The pizzas were a little expensive, and I ate an entire large by myself, but I’d definitely go back! Oh also they played Bruno Mars the entire time which was pretty great ?
