全く有り得ない対応。
勿論、他社でリノベーション済ませました。
最初の対応でリノベーションの予算を聞かれました、300万円位と伝えましたがそれが美味しい話ではなかったのかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よくある事ですが契約してからの手のひら返しすごいです、扱いが雑になります。
入居日を担当の方が売り主の許可なく買主に伝え、大混乱になりました。
一度、非を認めて謝ったかと思えば上司が現れて担当の発言を庇ったり、最終的にお互いの会話を録音するところまでいってやっと普通に話してもらえました。
賃貸の契約ならまだ許せましたが一般庶民の数千万円の買い物にはあまりにスタッフのスキルが足りないと思いました。
また内覧しようと待ち合わせをしたら到着場所で『内覧予定の物件は売れてしまいました』と言われ違う物件に案内されました。売れてしまうのはしょうがないと思いますが事前に連絡する物ではないでしょうか？
このような事を細かい事というのかどうかわかりませんが、私達は購入に向けて引っ越し業者やそれにまつわる全てを狂わされ入居してからも大変な思いをしました。
高い物件、もしくはしっかりリノベーションをするご予算がある方以外は私たちのような扱いを受ける可能性があります、不動産選びで担当に違和感を感じたらすぐ交代してもらう事をおすすめします。
