黒	黒田咲子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人の別荘が完成した時におよばれして一泊しました。まず、現地には荘川インターから5分ほどで到着します。そして、敷地の外周が川で囲まれていて一か所ある橋を渡って入荘する感じなので防犯面では合格ではないでしょうか。他にもかなり大きな貯水槽があったり、オーナー用の畑やドッグランがあったりしてちょっとびっくりしました。あと、管理人さんも元々地元の方なので、近くの美味しいレストランを紹介していただけたり、いろいろと親切にお店を教えていただけたりしてコンシュルジュ的なとても物腰の柔らかい親切な方でした。私も近場に別荘があるのですが、特にせせらぎの郷は、母体が老舗眼鏡メーカーなので全体的にキチンとしている感じがしました。 I stayed overnight when my friend's villa was completed. First of all, it will arrive in about 5 minutes from the Shokawa Interchange. Also, since the perimeter of the site is surrounded by a river and it feels like we are entering a villa across a bridge, it may be a pass in terms of crime prevention. I was also a little surprised because there was a fairly large water tank, a farm for owners and a dog run. Also, since the manager was originally a local person, he was a concierge-like kind person who introduced me to a delicious restaurant nearby and kindly taught me the shop. I also have a villa nearby, but especially in Seseragi Town, my mother's body is a long-established eyeglass manufacturer, so I felt that I was totally satisfied.

佐	佐伯優斗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入して20年目になりました。ここ荘川でも黒谷地区は、居住区も多くて郵便局や商店、お蕎麦屋さん、ガソリンスタンド、JAのスーパーなどの生活インフラが整った地区なので(永住も見据えた上で)生活圏へ徒歩で別荘からアクセスできる点が購入時の決め手になりました。ちなみに温泉のある道の駅隣接の荘川ICからも車で5分程度とほど近くて何かと便利です。あと、主要幹線道路(国道158号線)から一本入ったところにあるので、全体的に至って静かな別荘地です。有名企業の保養所も多いので管理もしっかりとしていて(お水は天然水ですが)水質検査も定期的にしているので、とても美味しいですし安心して利用しています。それと冬もすぐに除雪していただけるので助かります。あと、すべて平坦地なので建築コストも割安で年間管理費も適正な価格だと思います。ただ、あまり宣伝していないのでもっとブログやフェイスブックも更新して情報発信をするとよいと思います。 It's been 20 years since I bought it. By the way, it is convenient because it is about 5 minutes by car from the Shokawa IC next to the roadside station where the hot springs are located. Also, since it is located just off the main highway (Route 158), it is a very quiet villa area overall. There are many recreational facilities of famous companies, so they are well managed (although the water is natural water), and the water quality is inspected regularly, so it is very delicious and I can use it with confidence. Also, it is helpful because you can remove snow immediately in winter. Also, since all the land is flat, the construction cost is cheap and the annual management cost is reasonable. However, I don't advertise much, so I think it would be better to update the blog and Facebook more to disseminate information.
