★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年に放送された大河ドラマ「女城主直虎」で登場した井伊直親がおよそ10年間を過ごしたのはこのお寺になります。
伊井直親は今川家の家臣で1536年に父である伊井直満が疑いをかけられて今川義元に殺害されると、さらに殺害の対象になりかねないと幼少の直親を祖父の伊井直平の縁を頼り武田領だった松原寺へ避難させました。
高森町の市街地から結構離れていた場所にあることに驚かされました。ファミリーマートの近くに案内看板がありました。案内看板に従っていくと、道が細くなっていきました。駐車場は空になっていました。きちんと整備されていたり、関係資料が置かれている場所がありました。
本堂に入るとお寺の方がいて、このお寺がどういった経緯で井伊直親との関係が生まれたのかを細かく教えて下さいました。伊井直親を伊井谷(いいのや)を脱出するのに使われたというわらの袋が再現されて、展示されていました。目立つ場所には井伊直虎ポスターが貼られていました。大河ドラマの放送中は参拝者の方がたくさん訪れて大変だったようです。

The straw bag used to escape Naotochi Ii from Iinoya was reproduced and exhibited. A Naotora Ii poster was posted in a conspicuous place. Apparently, many worshipers visited during the broadcast of the Taiga drama.
