I liked Matsue Home's Mach system and had it go through a new construction. I understand that I am very busy, but I didn't get in touch with him in advance, and suddenly I felt uncomfortable with the setup method, such as "I'll visit you tomorrow" the day before. In addition, there is a difference between the explanation at the time of delivery and the explanation at the time of inspection, and even if you point out that "it is strange", the person in charge of design will not come to the explanation. The inspection staff looks apologetic, but I feel like I'm apologized to someone who isn't in charge. To be honest, I felt uneasy as a company that sells products called "house." [Maintenance of Mach system is troublesome] The Mach system is convenient and comfortable as a function. However, it takes time and effort for maintenance. You must clean the air vents, fans and filters in each room, and the insect filter in the ventilation several times a year. The filter that exchanges air with the outside air is located in the attic, so it is difficult to remove it. Also, my house is in a place that is very difficult to take out because I am not thinking about maintenance. This kind of maintenance was not explained at all when deciding on the design of the house or when handing it over, and I learned from the inspection staff during the later inspection. [Not all rooms have the same temperature] I think it is natural, but if the sunlight is different, the temperature of each room will also be different. Since there is only one air conditioner, the temperature of each room can only be adjusted by the air volume. [Humidifier is essential] The Mach system is especially dry in winter, so a humidifier is essential. Therefore, it is recommended to decide where to put the humidifier at the time of design. I was told about it after accepting the design, so I had a hard time deciding where to put the large humidifier. [Design emphasizes appearance] The designer who was in charge of my house focused on appearance and coolness, and was not good at functionality and flow lines. I often asked for requests and corrections from here, and I was worried several times (I regret that I should have asked another person for the design at this point). Also, when I ask for corrections many times, I get annoyed and try to push through with an excuse. (Although I'm sorry that I had to fix it many times there, too) [Construction does not share progress] There is almost no sharing of progress and progress regarding construction. If I didn't care about it, I couldn't figure out where I was working. Also, as the construction progresses, I'm worried about the details that I couldn't understand from the blueprints alone. Even if I pointed out or asked to change that point, in many cases I was not able to deal with it because it was as per the blueprint. It's true that it's as per the blueprints, but I think it's impossible to grasp the details that weren't explained when making the blueprints from the blueprints alone. In that case, I wanted you to explain all the details one by one at the time of the blueprint. [Material deforms when dried] The Mach system keeps the air conditioner on and dries. Therefore, it is easy for distortion to occur between the ceiling and the wall, such as cracks due to drying, shrinkage of wallpaper, and gaps due to deformation of solid wood. I think you should think about the material of the house to be dry. As an aside, flower arrangement and New Year's Kagami mochi will be destroyed in a few days, especially in the dry winter. [Keep in mind that the interior has an air vent on the ceiling] Mach system air vents are attached to the ceiling of each room. It is about 6 tatami mats and comes with about 4 (2 spits and 2 inhalations). There was no explanation or confirmation about the position of the air vent. Therefore, in the large living room, the air vents lined up on the ceiling of the part that was particular about the interior, which was unavoidable, but I thought it was a shame. [The quality of the house feels messy in the details] Looking at the whole house, it's not cheap, and I think it's just like the price, but I feel a little messy in the details. At the time of delivery, I felt that the house was cluttered with adhesive leaking from between the wood and the flooring not reaching the edge of the wall. (I had it fixed at the time of inspection after delivery.) [Periodic inspection and maintenance are polite] I had the impression that the staff would be able to handle inspections and maintenance in good faith, except for parts that could not be done. In addition, when the foundation was cracked due to the earthquake, and the minor corrections mentioned above were handled free of charge. [Ingenuity is required to save electricity bills] The electricity bill is said to be 50% off, but honestly, I don't feel that much effect. It depends on the size of the house, but it costs electricity especially on hot days and midwinter days. Basic air conditioning is not installed in spring and autumn, but it is difficult to control when the temperature difference between day and night is large. Also, although it is said that one air conditioner is enough, there is a limit, and in a large house, two air conditioners are required. 【At the end】 To be honest, it's a company that is a little worried about leaving everything to us. However, it is also true that the Mach system is comfortable, so when asking Matsuei Home, it is recommended that you do not take all the stories and think about the advantages and disadvantages by yourself.
