★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 回りに数ヶ所休憩所？あずまや？のような所があり、いろいろな所からダム湖を見学できます。ダムも年数があまりたってないのか？キレイでした。あと、キャンプ場があればもっとよかった。
もしかしたら、自分が気付かないだけであるのかもしれないが・・・

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒森川にかかる新めのダム。小野小町伝説ゆかりの小野町にあるその名もこまちダムです。道路案内板にも確認できるイメージキャラクターもこまち(こまっちィ)です。
さほど大きな規模のダムではないのですが、整備された綺麗な道路がダム湖のこまち湖周辺をなぞるように通っており、のんびりドライブしただけでなんとも気持ちが良い場所です。
いくつかの展望ポイントもあります。
天気が良いと景観も素晴らしいです。
普段は人が少ない静かな場所ですが、毎年こまちダムまつりが行われ、賑わいを見せています。

他のダムと違い幹線道路に面しているので治安も良いです、対岸側を散策するときは人気がありませんので注意。ダムカードは平日ですが、いない場合などは街中にある小野町役場の二階に行きダムの写真を見せれば頂けます。
