色々なもみほぐしのお店もありますし、そのお店もそれぞれ良さはあると思いますが、私はSHOさんは『その場、その時』だけではなく、『自分で上手く説明は出来ないけど、でもここが何か違和感があって…』や、『普段頑張ろうと思えば頑張れるけど、でもこの痛みがずっとあって…』と言う場所を、探し当てほぐしてくださいます。
それが又絶妙な強さで、決して痛くなく、でも弱くなく。
最初は蓄積された痛みがあっても、やってもらっているうちに緩和され、そしてそれが継続されていくんです。
あくまで私個人の体験ですが、一度試してみてください。病みつきになってしまいます。
