★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフのやる気のなさが目立つ。エクリプスクロス発売前に試乗しに行きましたが、スタッフは「既に5000台注文がきている」と強気な姿勢で、放っておいても勝手に売れるだろうという態度で接客されました。いくら車がよくてもこの店では買いたくないですね。

コロナの対策か、スタッフさんが同乗しなかったので、夫婦で色々話し合いながら試乗が出来て良かったと思っています！！
子供も連れて行きましたが、対応して頂いたスタッフさんも、優しく声を掛けてくれました☆

スタッフの売る気が無さすぎます。上から目線での接客も過去ありました。買いたければ売ってやる的な。アンケートにすぐ購入検討と記載しなかったので、購買意欲や人を見て接客態度を変えているんでしょうか。行く度に三菱を買うにしてもこの店舗はないなとおもってしまします。飲み物も出てこないのは当然ながら着席案内すらなかったですね。他メーカーのディーラーでこのような対応を受けたことありません。社員教育の違いってこんなに出るんですね。
他社製購入検討させていただきます。

I didn't mention in the questionnaire that I was considering purchasing immediately, so I wonder if I'm changing my customer service attitude by looking at purchasing motivation and people. Even if I buy Mitsubishi every time I go, I think that this store does not exist. Of course, I didn't even get a seating guide because no drinks came out. I have never received such a response from a dealer of another manufacturer. The difference in employee education is so great.
We will consider purchasing from other companies.
