朝の6時に、、、とお尋ねしたら
市中〜市中なのに6:30〜だからねと。
普通バス動けない時間に利用したいのがタクシーでしょう?時間に余裕ない人が利用すると思うんだが、栗原市は違うようです。
ああ、ここの街は交通弱者の高齢者しか対応してないんだなぁ。だから売上も少なくサービスも悪く稼げない高齢運転手やる気ゼロなんだろうに。経営者は考えたほうがいいよ。利用者へのサービスできない会社は畳むべき。社員全員医療介護施設への転職をおすすめします。
走れないタクシー会社はいらない。

田舎の殿様商売です。
田舎でなきゃ経営出来ないくらいの酷い会社です。
まずタメ口はダメです。
そして方言で何を言っているか分からず聞き返すと不機嫌になった様で対応が悪くなる。
方言を話してしまう自分が悪いんですよね？
新幹線近くに拠点を置いておいて田舎だからと言い訳は出来ないはず。
予約時の名前の確認も無いから、迎車時の確認も無い。
待っている間に目を離したら、たまたま来た人に乗られちゃってまた待たなきゃいけない事になりかねない。
行き先が違い、話をしたところ勘違いしていたと。
謝りもしないです。
行き先を修正するために回り道をする際も料金メーターは生かしたまま。
メーター切るでしょ普通。
そして謝るでしょ。
選択肢が無いから使うだけのダメ会社です。
ここを使う方はその辺を了承の上が良いかと。
だから田舎なんです。
時代について来れない消えていく会社でしょう。
