★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝5時から、夜の12時までやっていて自分のタイミングで通えて便利。サーキットトレーニング専門のジムで、ダイエットに効くみたいです。変な営業もなく、来てる人達も落ち着いたら人ばかりです。近々入会します！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今月オープンしたばかりのジムです！運動不足解消のためジムを探していたところ、家の近くで見つけました。サーキットトレーニングというスタイルのジムです！ダイエットに良いと聞き入会しました！マシンなど簡単に操作ができて安心して使えます。驚いたのが、ソニックスというやつで、振動するマシンなんですが、乗ってるだけでエクササイズ、シェイプアップ効果があるそうです。新しいので店内はとてもキレイです。スタッフの方が常に清潔にしてくれています。朝の５時から夜12時まで使えるので行きたい時に行けて嬉しいです！
The gym just opened this month! When I was looking for a gym to solve my lack of exercise, I found it near my house. It's a circuit training style gym! I heard that it is good for dieting and joined! You can easily operate the machine and use it with confidence. What surprised me was the Sonics, a vibrating machine, but it seems that just riding it has an exercise and shape-up effect. The inside of the store is very beautiful because it is new. The staff always keeps it clean. It can be used from 5 am to 12 pm, so I'm glad I can go when I want to go!
