★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都民の水を再生する場所です。この建物が出来たコトにより、道路は迂回を強いられるコトになりました。また、迂回路の管理は都から市に移譲されました。道路にはスピードが出ない様に段差が設けられている為か道路脇にはゴミが非常に多く、それを排除することは年に数回だけの様です。水を綺麗にするために道路は汚くなる・・・ちょっと残念です。
 A place to recycle the water of Tokyo residents. Because of the construction of this building, the road was forced to detour. In addition, detour management was transferred from the city to the city. There is a lot of trash on the side of the road, probably because there are steps on the road so as not to speed up, and it seems to be eliminated only a few times a year. The road gets dirty to clean the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?平常時は予約して施設内の見学が出来ますが新型コロナのため2021年３月末まで見学は不可となっています。(2020.12.11現在)
?この再生センターは清瀬市内にありますが辺鄙（へんぴ）な場所です。大雑把に言いますと清瀬の端部を流れている柳瀬川の最下流域になります。
?業務は清瀬市をはじめ東村山市、東大和市、東久留米市、西東京市の大部分及び武蔵野市、小金井市、小平市、武蔵村山市の一部からの汚水を処理しています。ここで処理した水は横を流れている柳瀬川に放流されています。
?春には花見など見学者も多く見えます。
? In normal times, you can make a reservation and tour the facility, but due to the new corona, the tour is not possible until the end of March 2021. (As of December 11, 2020)
? This regeneration center is located in Kiyose city, but it is a remote place. Roughly speaking, it is the most downstream area of the Yanase River that flows through the edge of Kiyose.
? Our business treats sewage from Kiyose City, Higashimurayama City, Higashiyamato City, Higashikurume City, most of Nishitokyo City and Musashino City, Koganei City, Kodaira City, and part of Musashimurayama City. The water treated here is discharged into the Yanase River, which runs beside it.
? Many visitors such as cherry blossom viewing can be seen in spring.
