★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十日町店の店長は苦情やクレームを相談センターに問い合わせると出入り禁止対応をとる。またその件に対して相談センターでは関与出来ないとの回答だ。半年ほどしてオイル交換をネットで予約したら店長から電話があり出禁なので他の店でせよとのこと十日町店は最悪の店だと思う

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １台の車が、バッテリー上がりしたので、充電の料金を聞いたら、３０００円との事。市内の修理工場では、１５００円だった。２倍は、高すぎる。それと、タイヤを見て、古いので交換した方が良いと言われた。大して、車やタイヤの事を知らないくせに、笑わせる。

入口レジの店員さん2名はいらっしゃいませの一言も無い。売場担当と思われる男性スタッフは、整備スタッフ合わせて3人でとゴルフの練習なのか、ゴルフスイングをしている始末。10分滞在しましたが、挨拶の一言もありませんでした。
私自身も接客業に従事する立場にありますが、自分自身を客観視して、お客様の立場から
どう見られるか、思われるか常に意識してます。空いている時間ほど、粗が目立つものです。スタッフ同士の談笑はしてもいいと思います。気分転換としても必要だと思います。
ですがせめて、挨拶くらいはきちんとしましょうよ。
