小さなお店なので、コロナ禍てもあり、２、３組で密になるのため外のメニューで、あたりを付けておくのもありです。
ショーケース内に並べられた、定番のどら焼きや、最中、串団子は甘さも控えめで、お茶でもコーヒーでも合うと思う。
甘さにくどさがないが、各々の種類で甘さの加減は、変えているのかな？
と、感じたが、スーパーで扱うような物とは違う、どこか昔懐かしい味わいだと思う。
固くならないように、生地に何か加えてもいないようで、大福などは当日中の表示もあり、実際、買いすぎて翌日回しにしたら固くなっていた。
これは餅の正常な反応なので、試しにレンジにかけてみたが、うまく行かなかった。
かつて、お餅のように焼いて食べるのもありかと思い出したけど、全く別のものになってしまうので、そのまま食べてしまった。
期限は守るべし。
日持ちするものもあるので、お使いものにも、プチ土産にもよいのではと思った。
定番以外は、その日のお楽しみ。行ってみてかな。
練りきりも出ていることがあり、おうち時間に抹茶と合わせても楽しいかもしれない。
価格も手頃です。☆3.5かな
