★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話担当する女性の方々は非常に対応良くしてもらえました。ただ、地域によって修理しに来る男の担当は客を見下した態度で説明してくるのでとても不愉快。とある事を質問したら面倒臭そうな顔で「あのね、うちの地域はそんなもの対応してないから！」とキツく言われてこれ以上は聞きませんでした。その後、近くの大型E店に聞いた所、普通に対応してますよ～との事。修理関連は一部の担当が交代しない限りは違う店を使うと吉。

After that, when I asked a large E store nearby, he said that he would respond normally. For repairs, it's good to use a different store unless some people change.
