白山連峰の最南端に位置し、山頂からは白山を含めた連峰が見える
夏の登山道では、ウイングヒルズスキー場からもアクセスできが冬季は無理なようだ
だが
厳冬期でも高鷲スノーパークから小一時間ほどで登頂出きる山
山頂からは北に続く雪の稜線はキレイで白山石徹白禅丁道に続いており丸山を経由して縦走が可能
バックカントリーコースは
北東の斜面は概ね良い雪質で１,２分滑っては登り返すと気持ち良い
1500mより下まで滑ると登り返しがきつくなる
北西から吹き付ける風でできる雪庇がある為に登りルートを間違えると雪崩に巻き込まれる恐れあり
帰りは素直に前大日まで登り返しゲレンデ側に滑ればよい
また、冬登山のトレーニングをしたいならオススメである

The mountain trails in summer can be accessed from Wing Hills ski area but it seems impossible in winter

A mountain that can be reached in just one hour from Takahata Snow Park even in the winter months
The snow ridge line continuing north from the mountain peak is beautiful and continues to Hakusan Ishitetsu Toru white junction road, and it is possible to run vertically via Maruyama
Backcountry course
The north-easterly slope is generally good snow quality and it feels good to slip for a minute or two and climb back
It's hard to climb back when you slip below 1500m
There is a risk of being caught in an avalanche if you climb up and make a mistake in the route because there is a gourd that can be blown from the northwest.
The return should be straight up to the previous day and slide on the slope side
In addition, it is recommended if you want to do training of winter mountain climbing
