整備不良なのか無免許なのか知りませんが、動いていても止まっていても迷惑なドライバーばかりですね。
そういう企業ってことです。
公道を走らないで下さい。

I don't know if it's poorly maintained or unlicensed, but it's just annoying drivers whether they're moving or stopped.
That's the kind of company.
Please do not run on public roads.
