立派な「弁財天」様もいらっしゃって素敵な空間でしたが
木々が生い茂り日本海の景色は観られませんが
周遊散歩道があり日本海は観られると思います。
波が高い時は危険です！！
"Shiroshima Park" that I visited for the first time even though I have been here for decades
It was a wonderful space with a wonderful "Benzaiten"
The trees are overgrown and you can't see the view of the Sea of Japan
There is a tour walkway and you can see the Sea of Japan.
It's dangerous when the waves are high! !!

Shiroshima is located in the west along the coast of Tateiwa Rock. Shiroshima stands for " castle island ". Just as the name suggests there once was a castle belonged to a lord of Tango ( Arai Clan ) up on this island. The entire island is a park area for visitores to go up and down to enjoy the great scenic view around the island. Up on the top is a pond enshrining a deity of Benzaiten in its central part. This park is designated as National Park of Tango Amanohashidate Ooe. On its side near the entrance is Mishima Shrine. The port around the island is a popular spot for local fishermen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a short visit, I wouldn’t be able to walk around there but the water is so clear and the scenery was also amazing!! I would love to go back there next time when I have more time and walk around and spend some good time in nature!! Seems like you can go camping on this island so you can possibly do fishing and camping there! It could be a fun even during the summer! Because of the beautiful scenery, I recommend this place to you! :)
