★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理の予約をして楽しみにしてたのに、業者さんの一人が休みで何件か予約が重なっているから、日時変更をしてほしい依頼の電話がきた。そもそも休みなのに予約を入れていることもだが、それより何よりその電話の方の言い回しが失礼！受付してくださった方は丁寧で親切だっただけに残念です。もう依頼しません。
 I was looking forward to making a reservation for repairs, but one of the contractors was on holiday and several reservations overlapped, so I received a call requesting that the date and time be changed. In the first place, I make a reservation even though I'm on holiday, but above all, the wording of the phone is rude! It is a pity that the receptionist was polite and kind. I won't ask you anymore.
