★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月上旬、大多摩ウォーキングトレイルに行きました。紅葉はギリギリでした。
古里駅から鳩ノ巣渓谷、白丸ダム、数馬峡を経由し奥多摩駅に向かうおよそ8キロのコースを散策しました。
最初コースが分からず、コースでない河原を歩き川の中を上流に登って行ってしまい、途中ひざ下くらいまで川に入って進んでしまいましたがなんとか事なきを得ました。
ただその途中、獣の足跡があり、夏場はツキノワグマが出没したようです。
冬とはいえ気をつけながら散策すべきと思いました。
また数馬峡ではカヌーをゆうゆうと楽しむ景色も見られ良かったです。
ネットでも書いている方がいらっしゃいましたが大多摩ウォーキングトレイルは奥多摩→古里の方が登りが緩やかで古里→奥多摩のほうが急傾斜を階段で登る事が多いので年配の方は奥多摩スタートがオススメです。
In early December, I went to the Otama Walking Trail. The autumn leaves were barely there.
I took a walk on a course of about 8 km from Kori Station to Okutama Station via Hatonosu Canyon, Shiromaru Dam, and Kazumakyo.
At first I didn't know the course, so I walked along the river that wasn't the course and climbed up the river upstream, and on the way I went into the river to about the knees, but I managed to get things done.
However, on the way, there are footprints of beasts, and it seems that black bears have infested in the summer.
Even though it's winter, I thought I should take a walk while being careful.
It was also nice to see the scenery of enjoying canoeing in Kazumakyo.
Some people wrote on the internet, but the Okutama walking trail is more gradual for Okutama → Kori, and Kori → Okutama often climbs steep slopes on stairs, so it is recommended for older people to start Okutama. ..

新緑、紅葉、散策に最高の場所です。
I can't say the color of the dam lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR青梅線鳩ノ巣駅から鳩ノ巣渓谷に向かい散策をする人は多いですが、白丸ダム調整池よりも上流に続くこの巡視路も歩くことをお勧めします。鳩ノ巣渓谷はアップダウンありの自然散策路ですが、そこを直角に曲がって登り、休憩所の先に行くと、ダム湖からそのままこの道に続きます。こちらは段差も登り下りもないほぼ平らな、歩きやすい土の道です。エメラルドグリーンで神秘的な色をしているダム湖畔を歩くことができます。紅葉の色付きはむしろ鳩ノ巣渓谷よりも綺麗だと思います。真っ赤な紅葉や楓がほとんどないためちょっとぼんやりした色合いですが、その分多摩川の色とのコントラストを楽しめます。30分も歩くと大きな橋の下に出ますので少し先をUターンし、その数馬峡橋を渡って対岸の青梅街道を右折すると白丸駅が近いです。紅葉の時期が一番綺麗ですので、一度歩いてみてはいかがでしょうか。
Many people take a walk from Hatonosu Station on the JR Ome Line to Hatonosu Canyon, but we recommend that you also walk on this patrol road that runs upstream from the Shiromaru Dam Control Lake. Hatonosu Canyon is a natural walking path with ups and downs, but if you turn at a right angle and go up to the resting place, you will continue to this road from the dam lake. This is an almost flat, easy-to-walk dirt road with no steps or climbs. You can walk along the shores of the dam lake, which is emerald green and has a mysterious color. I think the colored leaves are more beautiful than Hatonosu Canyon. The color is a little vague because there are almost no bright red autumn leaves or maple, but you can enjoy the contrast with the color of the Tama River. If you walk for 30 minutes, you will come to the bottom of a big bridge, so make a U-turn a little ahead, cross the Kazumakyo Bridge and turn right on the Ome Kaido on the opposite bank, and Shiromaru Station is near. The autumn leaves are the most beautiful, so why not take a walk?
