この不動産屋は非常に悪質な業者である。 当初物件の管理は自分のところで請け負うから他の業者に仲介を頼まないように 言っておきながらきちんとした対応をしません。 賃借人からの連絡を家主に郵便で送ったと開き直り連絡を勝手に絶ちました。 更に賃借人が解約を申し出たことも家主に連絡せず、前日の夕刻に明日引き払いの立ち合いをすると電話連絡。 勝手に立ち合いを自分でしておきながら、家主の確認もなく借り手側の言い分だけで敷金を全額返還と連絡もなしに請求書を出してくる。 更に、引き払い翌月の家賃を二重請求しておきながら謝罪一つなくまた請求書を送りつけてくる。 あげくの果てに管理は私の善意でやっていることなので責任は一切ないと請求書に書き付けてあとは勝手に賃借人とやれと。 その以前に自分の親族に一旦貸しておき、事情があって一度も入っていないから敷金全額を返還させられ、入居していないから立ち合いもなし。 後日確認したところ、勝手に電気の配線がされており、現状復旧もなし。 すぐに判例はそうなっていると家主に脅迫じみた言動を言います。(弁護士に確認するとこれは正しくないとのこと) まともな仲介をせず、開き直る悪質不動産業者です。
