★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コースで注文したが、2時間のコースなのに料理がほぼ最初の30分くらいででつくしてしまい、何かないと場が持たないので1品料理を注文する事になった。
これも店側の策略か?

人手不足なのか、オーダー聞きに来るのも遅いです。
遅くまで開いてるのがメリットで一次会から使う店ではない。
喫煙可能なのでたばこ臭く分煙されておらずタバコが苦手な方はきついと思います。
