★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 持ち込みでヘッドライトバルブを交換して貰おうとしたら、愛想の無い受付のおばはんの時点で嫌な予感がした。案の定横の店員が「うーんこれは無理ですね…」だと。車検通る奴なんやけどね。「他でやってもらいます」と退店。
で、ガソリンスタンド持って行ったら即やってくれた。オートバックスは二度と行かない。
 When I tried to have the headlight bulb replaced by bringing it in, I had a bad feeling at the time of the unfriendly receptionist's aunt. As expected, the clerk said, "Hmm, this is impossible ...". I'm the one who passes the car inspection. "I'll have you do it elsewhere," he said.
So, when I brought the gas station, he did it immediately. AUTOBACS will never go again.

いつも不愉快になって帰ります。
レジの人代わってもらうか、八日市店行ったほうがいいですね。
The worst female at the cash register.
I always get uncomfortable and go home.
You should go to the Yokaichi store to have the cashier take over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピットのスタッフは良かったが、レジの方は問題ありですね。初老の男性はオイル交換の料金の説明が早口で何言っているか分からなかったし、初老の女性は愛想が無く、Tカードをちょっと出し遅れたら「もう駄目ですね」と言われた。結局、オプションサービス的なものも、Tポイントも付けてもらえず、損したようなモヤモヤしたまま店を出た。
The staff in the pit was good, but the cashier has a problem. Elderly men didn't know what the explanation of the oil change fee was saying quickly, and elderly women were unfriendly, and if they were a little late for the T card, they said, "It's no good anymore." In the end, I didn't get any optional services or T points, so I left the store with a feeling of loss.
