★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 派遣でちょっとだけ働きに行ったことある。新しい工場で、建屋内も綺麗なのだが、工場の仕事は過酷だった。殆ど毎日残業で、実質十二時間拘束がデフォルト。ほぼ毎週、一人ぐらいは作業で怪我をして病院へ連れて行かれる者がいた。皆さん、ここは行かない方が良いですよ。
I've been working a bit on a dispatch. The building was beautiful and the building was clean, but the factory work was tough. Overtime almost every day, with a default of 12 hours. Almost every week, one person was injured in work and taken to a hospital. Everyone, you better not go here.

協力を断るのが多かったら、他の人に文句を言われたり、クビになるらしい。
協力出来ない人はいらないんだと。
言い方悪すぎ。
Cooperation (overtime / holiday) seems to be an absolute requirement.
If you often refuse to cooperate, it seems that other people will complain or you will get fired.
I don't need people who can't cooperate.
