★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前予約なしでも当日の朝早くに行けば、前橋市の「さわやか検診」で胃カメラ(口からか鼻か選択可)の検査を実施してくれる数少ない施設なので前回から利用を始めました。
名称は診療所ですが入院設備もMAXの19床まで有り、大きくて近代的設備の医療機関であり消化器系の検査や手術を主体にしているようです。
10月下旬に行きましたが「さわやか検診」の受診希望者で、かなり混んでいた為か10時過ぎに来た人は後日の予約日を検討されていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の態度がとにかく悪い。電話してから症状を聞かれ、症状や名前&生年月日を伝えたところカルテ出しておきますね〜との事で、伺ってみました。電話した○○ですと伝えると、電話?電話したと申しますと??とはねつける様な態度。看護師さんと医師はとてもいいのに、呆れた態度の受付で非常に残念です。
特に具合が悪い人が、集まる窓口ですから接客のトレーニングをさせるべきです。最低限以下!と思います。接遇という教育があるので、是非経営者には目をとおして頂きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親子共々10年がん検診でお世話になっており内視鏡検査時の医師や看護師の声掛けが、とても上手で安心して毎年受けてますが受付の方が年々態度が悪くなっているのが気になります。無愛想で笑顔なく年配の方への対応は酷いです。自分たちは毎日の仕事で理解出来てるのは当たり前!でも年配になると耳も遠くなり理解するのも時間が掛かります。特に受付の女子2人!!あなた達の両親が、その様な対応されて我慢できますか?あなた達みたいな人が病院の顔となっている事が残念でたまりませんね!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸憩室の持病は8年間位の付き合いで 何回か繰り返していてお世話になっていましたが、5年前位 金髪の医師や受付の50代位のメガネかけている男性の態度が嫌で 違うクリニックへ変えました。
先週憩室炎になり家から近いのでいち早く受診したかったので仕方なく再受診しました。
受付の方も 普通の対応で 特に可もなく不可もなく 担当医師も フレンドリーな 雰囲気で
話しやすく看護師の皆さんもほとんど良い感じでした。
入院を勧められましたが、なんとか無理を言って点滴通院ですっかり良くなりました。
