★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今のお店がある場所の隣だったと思いますが、１９９５年に開店した日からお世話になっています。
開店時は歩いて数分のところに住んでいたので、コーヒーが無くなるたびに買いに行き、焙煎してもらいながら待ち時間にコーヒー一杯ごちそうになっていました。
当時の店長さんに、酸っぱくなくて甘い香りがするコーヒーを選んでほしいと丸投げしたところ、焙煎も工夫してもらって、とても好みに合う豆に出会うことができました。しかも、比較的安い豆だったこともあって、２０年以上たった今でも同じ豆を買い続けています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文を受けてから生豆を焙煎してくれるコーヒー豆屋さんです。お伺いすると必ずコーヒーを1杯出してくれます。わたしはコーヒーはあまり得意ではないのですが店員さんの腕もあってか毎回美味しくいただいてます。
豆の値段もそこまで高くなく（KALDIより200円～↑）とても良いお店だと思います。

私は特別コーヒーに詳しくは無いですが、価格は良心的だと思います。
豆の種類は20種類？くらい生豆で並んでおり、挽き方を10段階くらいで注文できます。
おまけに「注文→挽き終わり」の間に1杯コーヒーをごちそうしてくれました。
なにより嬉しかったのが
コーヒーはカ○ディで買ったくらいの経験しかない、私のアバウトな要望にも親切丁寧に対応してくれたことです。
ハンドドリップでの美味しい淹れ方なども詳しく教えてくれたので、いずれ自分でもやってみようかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの影響か、店内で待てないです。クチコミに書かれているコーヒーサービスもなし。事前に電話で注文するよう書いてありますが、長年の常連でないと、豆の在庫の種類を知りようもありません。
価格は普通〜高めです。1種類200ｇ1000円くらい。
生豆からローストしていただけるので、その手間賃として仕方ないのですが、希望と違う焙煎具合で、この焙煎では自分の思う豆の良さが生かされてないと感じました。単純に間違えたのでしょうか?
粉への挽き方が荒すぎるとも感じました。アロマ抽出圧のマシーンで、全然味が薄い。
なぜ何も聞かずにすべてドリップ用にひいたのでしょうか。ほかにもサイフォンやフレンチプレス用の細かさも選べるなら、教えてほしかったです。
焙煎がオーダーできる店でも、希望を伝えるのは難しいのだなと感じました。
