完全に仕事として割り切っているのでしょう
本当に相手の気持ち痛み苦しみ、それは本人しかわからない只少しでも相手の気持ち寄り添う姿勢努力はして頂きたいものです
福祉の資格など持っていないのでしょう
その様な職員は辞めて頂きたいですね
特に男性職員が酷い有り様です
家に二回、電話が数回、支援の対象となりましたが
それ以降なしのつぶてです(男性職員です)
