B	Bes Sai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の動物病院から紹介で、こちらにお世話になりました。たまたま担当になって下さった先生でしたが、（他の先生方には関わって無いのですが）最高の先生でした(^ ^) 話しやすく、アドバイスもわかりやすく丁寧に説明して下さり、不思議な事に他の病院では震えまくっていた愛犬が全く震えず、何をされても嫌がらずにいた事にビックリでした(^-^) 本当にここの病院は最高だと思いました(^ ^) It was introduced by another veterinary hospital and helped me. It was the teacher who happened to be in charge, but it was the best teacher (although I was not involved with other teachers) (^ ^) It was easy to talk to, and the advice was explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and it was surprising that my dog, who was trembling at other hospitals, did not tremble at all, and he did not dislike anything (^-^ ) I really thought the hospital here was the best (^ ^)

k	kpsn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長は知識、経験もあり良いと思うが、若いお医者さん、助手さんがあまりにも経験不足。軽い腰痛で念のため診て貰うつもりで行ったのに若い先生にレントゲンなど詳しく診た方が良いと言われ30分預けて迎えに行ったら歩けない程悪化した状態で返された。何があったのか聞くとレントゲンをとるのに抑え付けたのが悪かったのかもと。しかも勝手にペットドッグをやっていて2万円請求された。家に帰ってからずっと痛みで悲鳴のような声をあげる犬を見て怒りがおさまらず翌日電話。院長が把握していて一応認めて謝罪され、痛み止めの薬を取りに来て下さいと。当然お金を取らないかと思いきや普通に請求されて呆れた。その後1ヶ月かけて元に戻ったから許したが元に戻らなかったらどうしてただろう。今でも思い出すと怒りが込み上げます。院長以外の診察は注意です。 I think the director has knowledge and experience, but the young doctors and assistants are too inexperienced.
