ご主人は長い間「豊園」で腕を振るっていた方です。
炒飯やラーメンも美味しいです。
お持ち帰り可能なメニューもありますしね！
中華の時には殆んどココです。
年末は「中華おせち」をお願いしてます。

全体的にあっさりしてますがボリュームも有りますしお値段もリーズナブルで週に一度食べに来たくなるそんなお店でした。
It's like a Chinese restaurant in a town that has been around for a long time.
Overall, it's light, but it has a lot of volume, and the price is reasonable, so it was such a shop that you would want to come to eat once a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は、タンメンと餃子食べました。ビールを頼むとキュリの浅漬けが付いてきました。良いね。そして、餃子が熱々できました。韮のバランスの良いあんの入った餃子でした。食べ終わるとタンメンがきました。タンメンのスープはあっさりとしていました。麺は細麺でした。私は、タンメンには太麺と思い込んでるので、豚骨ラーメンと同じ様な細麺でした。具材は、豚肉ともやしと白菜、きくらげの炒められてスープとのバランスも良かったです。Googleでタンメンを調べると塩味で肉と野菜を炒めた具をのせている。それで、麺に関しては太麺とか、細麺の定義は無いようです。後は、私の好みですね。しかし、タンメンは太麺だと思います。また、探訪します。
I ate tanmen and dumplings today. When I ordered beer, it came with a lightly pickled cucumber. Good And gyoza was cooked. It was a dumpling with a good balance of sardines. When I finished eating, I got tanmen. The tanmen soup was light. The noodles were thin noodles. I think tanmen is thick noodles, so it was the same thin noodles as pork bone ramen. The ingredients were pork and sprouts, Chinese cabbage, and jellyfish were fried and the soup was well balanced. When I checked the tanmen on Google, I found that the meat and vegetables were seasoned with salt. So, regarding noodles, there seems to be no definition of thick noodles or thin noodles. The rest is my preference. But I think tanmen is thick noodles. I will also visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープン当初から行かせて頂いてます。私のお気に入りは あんかけ系の麺類です。細切り肉ののったラーメンと酸辣湯麺と、五目あんかけ焼きそばが大好きです。
汁物以外はお持ち帰りできます。
私は春巻きとかザーサイをテイクアウトして、晩酌のお供にしてまーす?お店は、お客さんが帰ると必ず消毒してますし、コロナ対策もしっかりしていると思います。
厨房にいるご主人にはなかなかお目にかかれませんが、実はお話し好きで大きな声で元気一杯の大将だと、先日 初めてわかり、尚更 桃林が大好きになりました❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店構えは町の中華屋さんですが味はワンランク上です。
フワフワに仕上がったチャーハンは食後のベタベタ感はなく鍋技術が測り知れます。
麺類は土台がしっかりした中華料理屋のスープなのでどれもハズレはないですが、特に好きなのがシャッキリした炒め野菜が盛られ辛味と胡麻の風味が香るタンタン麺です。一般的な担々麺とは違い、タン麺＋ゴマ辛と思ってください。
そのほかマッシュルームがアクセントの野菜炒めも美味しいです。
全体的にハズレがなく、中華の気分じゃないときに行って適当に頼んでも、食べるのに夢中になってしまうお店です。
それらを盛り付ける食器も素敵な柄です。
