★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時々買ってたが、店主が客の顔を覚えないので不快だった。何度行っても初対面のように「職場どこ？」と聞かれる。気分悪いと思っていたところ、さっき買った豆腐が悪臭を放っていて食べれなかった事件があり、腐った豆腐を売る店には二度と行かなくなった。

がんもはとてもおいしいです。
いつも大量に厚揚げをおまけでくれるので、なかなか使いきれなくて困ることも…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔はチリンチリンとベルを鳴らして家の前まで来てくれてたときからのお付き合い。
小銭を握って家の前でボウルを持って買っていました。
昔から 絹揚げ がとても美味しい✨
なかなかここのクオリティに近いところは少なくて…恋しくなります。
お店に行くと、絹揚げ、スティック厚揚げ(フライパンで焼いて生姜醤油)、がんもなどを購入。
今回は、店主におから(しっとり系)に「シーチキンと塩コショウマヨネーズで食べてみて。ポテトの代わりになるよ～」とオススメされたので購入してみました。
作るのが食べるのが楽しみです。

田仲さんのお豆腐を知ってから豆腐が主食になりました。
塩屋は小さなこだわりの店が多いですが、その中でもひときわ、私のハイライトです。

と何度呼びかけてもお店の人は出てこず。そのうち通りすがりの方が私に「隣(左隣の居酒屋)に居るんじゃない？」と教えてくれた。
店の人の顔なんて知らないよ。と思いつつ戸惑いながら「豆腐屋の方いらっしゃいますかー」と声をかけると、オジサンが「はいはーい」と返事して出てきた。
がんもをお願いすると、半透明のナイロン小袋を取り出し、指で少しつまんでナイロンの口を開くとフッと息を吹き込んで袋を膨らませた。そしてがんもを入れた。
私はこういうの気にしない方だけど、それでもこのコロナ禍だしどうなのこれ？と思いながら。まあ食べましたけど。次はないかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お豆腐を買ったとき素手？の手づかみ？で黄色いビニール袋に入れてくれます。
それまでイオンなどのスーパーでパックされてる豆腐しか買ったことないのでこの素手手づかみ(？)スタイルに慣れれず…(^^;)
豆腐ではなくパックされてる豆乳プリンや甘酒を買ってしまいます。(汗)味はおいしいです。
