They make a booklet with English and Japanese plus the drawing to help you understand what to do step by step. The shop owner is very detail and helpful, explain everything to make sure the process is safe. She know us will leave Japan soon, and can't come to collect the cup by our own, she do send the cup to our BNB in person. What a wonderful grade A service! My family and I enjoyed a lot! You should try!
