★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice relaxing area. You can have a family day out with your children here. There is also BBQ garden but you need to make reservation in advance. It is a very popular area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best park in Aomi. And why wouldn't it be? It has a large wooden pirate ship for children's to play and a fountain where children's can splash! Overlooking the bay, this airy open park will make you appreciate little things in life. There are plenty of benches for seating, loads of shade and many other amenities. If you have children, and are visiting the area, please take them to this park, and you are welcome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for a BBQ about 6pm. There were not many people and the trees were blocking most of the sun overall it's a convenient spot for BBQ inside Tokyo. There is a tiny store that sells drinks and limited selection of supplies. The closest convenient stores are at least 10 minutes walk away. There are toilets very close by and places to wash the equipment after you are done.
There is also a treeless open area with grass, perfect for flying kites or playing games.
Finally there is normally good views of Rainbow Bridge and the harbour, however these days there is some construction going on near the water and the Bay view it's blocked by some temporary wall which was disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proper spot for a nice day no matter the weather. Generally the area is the only place that has access to the Bay Area in Tokyo. Plane spotters will definitely enjoy a few a380's flying overhead once in a while and ship spotters will occasionally be able to see a container ship docking. All in all it's pretty decent, calm and refreshing. The lack of places to have a beer is the only reason I'm not giving this a five star rating, although if you walk up north west along the pier you'll spot a few bars, but the area is not as good as this.
