く	くうちゃこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆめひろば庄内のジム利用者ですが、こちらのジムはゆめひろばの休館日に利用しています。よかった点 ① 器具がすべて新しく、気持ちよく使える (マシン類は一通り揃っています) ② 料金が安いジムに入場する際に小型のアルコールスプレーと拭き取り用の布を1人ずつに渡してくれるのもよいと思いました。イマイチな点 1回券、回数券だと利用時間の制限がある (利用券1枚で1時間) ちなみに定期券は制限時間なし、とのことです。フリーウエイトはベンチ台(ベンチプレス専用)、スミスマシン、フラットベンチが各1台あり、ダンベルは20kgまで揃っています。ただ、現状だとゆめひろば庄内のような利用時間の制限ルール(ゆめひろばだとベンチ台は20分以内など)がないので、延々と占拠されても終わるまで待つしかありません(終了時間が読めないので、トレーニングの予定が立たない)。ただし、スミスマシンだけは1人20分以内(グループは30分以内)です。ちなみに利用券1枚で1時間なのですが、厳密に言うと ① 券売機で買ったチケットを受付で渡す ② 受付でジム入場用のバインダーをもらう ③ この瞬間から起算して70分以内にこのバインダーを受付に返すということのようです。いずれにせよ、1時間はさすがに短かすぎて私には消化不良のトレーニングになります。せめて90分くらいにはして欲しいものです。 I am a gym user of Yume Hiroba Shonai, but I use this gym on closed days of Yume Hiroba.
