やれ受取日に取りに来ないとダメだ、日曜はポイント付かないだ、ポイントのシステムが複雑なうえ、まったく説明もなくいつも後出しばかりで数回利用して結局一回しかポイントが付いたことがない。
普通は預けて金を払ったときに付く店が多いもんだが、預けるときも受け取るときもカードを持っていかないといけないので面倒くさくて仕方がない。
何だかんだ因縁付けてポイントを出し渋るぐらいなら、最初からポイント制なんてやめとけよ。
最初から無い方がまだ気持ち良く利用できるってものだ。
特別クリーニングの質が良いわけでもなく、一部外注になるし、水洗いもない（アクアプラスはあるが水洗いではない）し、クリーニング店としては中の下と言ったところ。
本当なら星一つが妥当だが、最長9ヶ月保管を頼めるサービスは価値があると思うので二つに留めた。

1 納期の間違い 土曜日の朝、１週間分まとめて持ってきたサラリーマンの納期が、翌日ではないかとの想像力もないのか❗もちろん、口頭で希望は言っています。
2 スーツ上下が通常料金よりも高くとられていたが、なんの説明もない。
3 枚数確認につき、偉そうな御託がかかれているが、少なくとも私の面前で仕上がり品の枚数を確認されたことはない。
以上、仕上がりは丁寧かも知れないが、商売としては論外❗
