税金で飯食わせてもらってる分際で市民を下に見てる感が強い
石巻警察署は対応良かった
塩釜警察署は低レベルな対応だと感じた
そもそも情報プールさせてどこでも同じサービスを提供しろ、古い体制こそ正義
