レンジの音がするので見ると生地冷凍でした。美味しくなくてがっかり。目の前で焼いてほしい。雰囲気はお洒落ですが出てくるものがうーん？

最高においしいです。
毎年６月に山で手摘みした山椒の新芽を手間暇かけて炊き上げています。
とても大変らしいです。
山椒の木は棘があって手が切れるし、あくを取ったり何度も煮たり。
香りも良く味も絶妙なのです。
これだけでごはん何杯も食べれちゃいます。
秋くらいに売り切れていることがあるので、
見かけたらぜひ購入した方がいいです。
サイズがあるので試しに一番小さい物から買ってもいいと思います。
実は塩原には何店か山椒の佃煮を売っているところがあるのですが、
私はここのが一番好きです。
皆さん手作りなのでそれぞれ味の特徴が違います。
今お店の半分がカフェになっていて木のテラス席がとても素敵です。
とて焼きも人気。
