★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母のいびきが気になり、私の使用していたオーダーのまくらを貸してみました。一晩使ったら心地よかった、と気に入ったらしくもう一つ購入。いびきも気にならなくなり快適に眠れています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どちらも店長だったが、代官山店とのクオリティの差に愕然とした。枕そのものは特別凝った作りなわけではないので、担当者の力量によって効果が如実に変わってくる。
近場にあってラッキーと思ったが、遠くても代官山でメンテナンスする。
Both were store managers, but I was surprised at the difference in quality from the Daikanyama store. The pillow itself is not specially made, so the effect will change depending on the ability of the person in charge.
I thought I was lucky because it was nearby, but I will maintain it in Daikanyama even if it is far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分まくらを買っていて、メンテナンスに行きました。一時のブームのときに買いましたが、半年に一回、まくらの形をチェックしてもらっています。（これは無料）
他にも、睡眠を良くするために、敷布団、掛け布団と大金を注ぎ込みましてが、それで改善したかは？です。
睡眠改善は、まだまだ進行形で、自分にあうものを探すしかないと思っています。
なので、お金をかけないのもよし、かけてもよしです。自分に合ったいいものを探しましょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寝ているとどこかが痛くなり、次第に寝返りが多くなり目覚めてしまうのは歳なのでこんなものかと思っていた。
起きた時に首や肩が凝っていたり、寝違えていたり、背中や腰が痛いのも歳だから仕方ないと思っていた。
誰もが皆こうなんだと思っていた。
ふと同じ枕を20年以上使っている事に気が付き、ニ☆リで散々悩んだ末に一番安い枕を買った。ポリエステルのクッションの様なポンポンの弾む様な枕。外国の映画にある様な素敵なカバーを掛けた。気分は最高にオシャレである。
しかし、その日から、腰に激痛が走り、かがむ事が出来なくなった。
コレまでも起床時にすでに疲れているのは基本だったのが、首もガチゴチ、背中もガチガチ、首も動かせない上に遂に腰までやられてしまった。
アラフィフってこんなに辛いもの？
整形外科に通院しながら枕と頸椎について理学療法士の指導を受け、枕の首のところにコロコロと巻いたバスタオルを当てて寝る様にしたが、何となく寝にくい。
次第に枕という物が気になる様になり、新横浜の『まくらぼ』を訪れた。人生初、念願のオーダーメイド枕だ。金額は２種類。
健康被害を経験した私は迷わず高い方を選択。
マッサージに７、８回行くとこの枕が買えてしまう計算だ。どっちを選ぶ？枕は毎日使える上にメンテナンスもしてくれる。
魅力的な寝具の説明ももちろん受けたが、予算オーバーなので本命の枕だけに絞った。
その日から、何時間でも眠れる。
二度寝、三度寝、何度寝だってできる。

毎日夕方以降は肩こりからくる頭痛に悩まされていたけどそれがなくなったので非常に満足。
半年間使用して一度メンテナンスしてもらいました。
メンテナンスは無料。
頭痛がなくなった事が本当に嬉しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当する人が毎回違うので一概には言えないがメンテナンスとオゾン消臭含めて15分で終わる時と1時間以上かかる時がある。混んでる感じは無いのに何の差なのか…。
枕の高さ調整も高くした方が良いと言う人もいれば逆に高すぎると言って下げられたり。
初回に姿勢や頭のカーブなどを測ったけど関係ないのかな？なんとなくやってる感出してるだけな気がしてくる。
駐車券も1時間だったり2時間付けてくれたりマチマチ。調整とオゾンで1時間ちょいかかったのに1時間分しか付けてくれない時もあって何か損した気分。
