★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近の“ハイビームを活用しましょう！”について思うのですが、ドライバーがやたら街中でハイビームにしたまま走っている輩が多くなり迷惑してます。
ルールとマナーを重んじて走行する事を教えてきた“交通安全協会”の愚策であるとおもいますね。
夜間事故の多くの原因は、脇見やスマホ、スピードの出し過ぎが理由で、ハイビームにして早期発見しようとしても解決にはならないと思いますよ。
逆に“ハイビーム禁止”にしてスピードを出さないように指導すべきと思いますが、如何ですか？
私事で恐縮ですが、街中や直線道路でハイビーム使う事ありませんよ。
使いたい時は、山道やカーブの多い場合で街中では必要ないと思いますね。
併せて使い方の指導も必要かも知れませんね。 如何お考えでしょうか？
