暑い中、雨の中でも優しさとユーモア溢れる対応が素晴らしく、常にお客様目線で人として尊敬しています。

1年後、電気工事に来ていただきました。箇所が多かったので同社の職人さんと2名で来られましたが、お二人共ほんとに感じがよく、丁寧な仕事で感心しました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンの設置をしたく、家電量販店での工事見積もりを3社に依頼しました。うち1社は「とても無理、どうしてこんな家を買っちゃったの!」と言われて、とても嫌な思いをしていました。そんな鉄骨3階建、室外機を置く場所がない、ALCコンクリート壁で、隣との隙間が20センチ程度しかない家の2階と3階への取付けでした。
シンワサービスさんは、どう配管して室外機をどこに取り付けるか、こちらの希望も充分聞いて頂いて、当日は社長含めて7名も来て頂いて、暗くなるまで丁寧に作業して頂きました。ありがとうございます。
シンワサービスさんを知っていて良かった〜〜。
I wanted to install an air conditioner and asked 3 companies to estimate the construction at a consumer electronics retailer. One of them was very disgusting when they were told, “It's impossible, why did you buy such a house!” It was installed on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a house with such a 3-story steel frame, no ALC concrete wall, and a space of only 20cm between the next door.
Mr. Shinwa Service listened to the hopes of how to install and install the outdoor unit, and there were 7 people including the president on the day. . Thank you very much.

正直、工事屋さんのイメージは強面の怖そうな方や職人気質の無口な方が来られると思っておりました。ところがシンワサービスさんはとても元気良く明るい感じの方が来られ、いい意味で裏切られました。他の従業員の方はどうなんですか？と聞いたところみんな明るく楽しい職場ですと自信を持って答えてくれました。
自信を持って自社の事を自慢することはなかなか出来ることではないと思います。
若い方もいらっしゃるそうで今後もお世話になりたいと思います。
特に強いのが【家庭用、業務用エアコン】【電気工事】【水まわりのトイレやエコキュート】とのことです。
担当者がそのまま工事に来てくれるのは特に信用出来ました。
実際に施工に携わる為、お客様に一番良い提案が出来ることが僕らの強みと言っておりました。その為安さばかりを求められてしまうとお答え出来ませんとのことです。
安いお店！という訳ではないですが信用は抜群です。
安さを求めるよりも地元の安心出来る業者さんに任せたい方には特にオススメします

今回は、家電量販店で引き受けてくれない、エアコン工事を依頼しました。家電量販店では出来なかった室外機の壁付けという要望をしっかりと聞いてくれ、外観の綺麗も考慮し、施工して頂きました。難工事もやり遂げるプロ達、社長をはじめとっても親切な方々です。

お隣さんへよく来ておられるシンワさんを
紹介して頂きその日にすぐ来て頂きリモコンの受光部が
悪くなっていました。
部品を発注すると時間が掛かると言う事で、
シンワさんのご提案でシンワさんにある廃棄品の
エアコンの受光部を持って来て頂き交換をして頂きました。
おかげさまで、すっかりなおり快適です。
また修理代も出張費も込みで、たったの2500円だけで
部品代は中古なので0円で大丈夫と言われビックリしました。
親切なのはもちろんですが真心ある対応でとても嬉しかったです。
今後ともこちらこそよろしくお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、７年くらい前の新築時に取付けて頂いたエアコンが故障し、暑い夏場に困っていましたが、連絡をするとすぐに見に来て頂き、故障の原因を丁寧に時間を掛けて調査してもらい、2日後には修理完了して頂きました。この暑い時期にすぐにご対応して頂き、本当に助かりました。故障の内容や原因なども的確に納得出来るように親切にご説明して頂けますし、いつもすぐに困り事にご対応頂けるこのアフターフォローこそ、シンワさんの最大の魅力だと思います。家電自体もお安く購入出来ますし、アフタフォローがしっかりされていて安心して購入出来るシンワさんでこれからもお任せしたいと思います。
