サ	サウザーいちご味 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで伺いました。丁寧な電話対応で気分も良くなり、上機嫌で訪問しました。なんとなくオーナーさんを「知っていた？」ので、正直料理は美味しいと謎の確信をしていましたまず一つ。ワインが飲みたくなる料理群です。危険です。それに美味いのに量がいちいち多い。一皿一皿が丁寧に、かつ大胆に作り込まれている辺りからオーナーの情熱が見えました。とあるイベントに向けて頑張って下さいとの心意気も見え、とても嬉しかったです。そのうちまた伺いたいと思います。美味かったです。とても。 I visited for lunch. Y	Yosuke Matsuno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フランスの街にあるようなビストロです。お店の雰囲気も凝っていてほんとにフランスのお店にいるかのようです。コースを頼みましたが、前菜、メインと美味しいのはもちろんボリュームもあります。前菜にオニオングラタンスープを頼みましたが、こんなに玉ねぎが濃厚な物は初めてかもしれません。恐らく殆ど水分は玉ねぎから出たものしか使ってないのではというほど濃厚な玉ねぎの甘みとコンソメのコクがあり食べ応えもありました。アクアパッツァもシンプルに素材の味を活かすために、丁寧な下ごしらえをしていて非常に美味しかったですりデザートのケーキも甘すぎずさっぱりといただけ、ちょうどよい量でした。すごく満足できたので、ぜひ今度は夜に行ってみたいです。 It's a bistro like in a French city.
