國	國龍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも利用しています。大浴場もありとてもくつろげます。クレアモールも近く飲食店が近いのも良いです。スーパーホテルは枕が選べるのもいいです。どうやら枕をネットで買えるらしいので考えてます。また行きます。 I always use it. There is also a large communal bath, so you can relax very much. It is also good that the crea mall is near and the restaurant is near. It is also nice to be able to choose pillows at the super hotel. Apparently you can buy pillows online, so I'm thinking about it. I will go again.
j	joji okuyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東武東上線の川越駅から徒歩15分ほどの所にあります。大浴場がありリラックスできました。大浴場の入口が、暗証番号方式で入り方が分からずフロントに聞こうと思ったらお風呂を上がった人が出てきたのでドアが閉まる前に中に入っちゃいました。朝食はブュッフェですが、コロナ対策として両手に手袋が配られます。テーブルはアクリル板で個別に囲まれ、消毒済みのサインが置いてあり食べ終わったら裏返して未消毒と分かるようになっていました。ソーイングセットを借りたり助かりました。 It is about a 15-minute walk from Kawagoe Station on the Tobu-Tojo Line. At the entrance of the large communal bath, I didn't know how to enter by using the PIN code method, and when I tried to ask the front desk, some people got out of the bath, so I went inside before the door closed. Breakfast is buffet, but gloves are distributed to both hands as a measure against corona. The table was individually surrounded by an acrylic plate and had a disinfected sign on it so that when you finished eating it, you turned it over and found it unsterilized. I rented a sewing kit and was saved.
n	ni ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・スーパーホテル系列は初めてお世話になりましたが、3泊とも快適に過ごせました。・ビジネスユーザーが多い印象です。・敷地内に駐車場がありますが連日15時の時点で満車、近くの提携立体駐車場に案内されました。・立駐に停めた際、翌日10時までに出庫しないとようです。ご注意を。感度したことがあります。・コインランドリーは1回なんと200円‼︎ 洗剤の自動投入なし。しかし、柔軟剤入りの洗濯洗剤（液体）を置いてくださっているので、洗剤を持ってなかったり切らしてしまった場合等、困った時はお借りできるようです。・衣類乾燥機はなんとなんと無料です‼︎ 使い方はよく分かりませんでしたが、ちゃんと乾きました。・朝食も無料♪ 曜日でメニューが少しずつ変わるとか。パンはホテルのキッチンで焼かれてるそうです。クロワッサンとミルクパンは定番メニュー。個人的にはミルクパンとあんこバーがお気に入りです☆ またお世話になります♪ ・ Although I was indebted to the Super Hotel series for the first time, I was able to spend all three nights comfortably. ・ I have the impression that there are many business users. ・ There is a parking lot on the premises, but it was full at 15:00 every day, and we were guided to a nearby affiliated multi-storey car park. ・ When I parked at the station, it seems that I have to leave the warehouse by 10 o'clock the next day. P	Punpui Japan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本川越駅の前にあります。ホテル敷地内16台停められる駐車場は無料で早い者勝ちですが離れたところにも駐車場がありますので安心してください。ホテルは新しく綺麗。ロビー兼朝食会場がオシャレで広いです。モダンな大浴場のお湯は温泉です♪ クレアモールもすぐ裏手にあるので文句無し。 It is in front of Honkawakoshi Station. The parking lot where 16 cars can be parked on the hotel grounds It's free and first come, first served There is also a parking lot at a distance rest assured. The hotel is new and clean. The lobby and breakfast venue is stylish and spacious. The hot springs in the modern large communal bath are hot springs ♪ Crea mall is also right behind No complaints.
松	松田良子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大浴場が男女入れ替え制で無いのでゆっくり出来ました。５個迄選べるアメニティは女性に嬉しい。部屋のテーブルは広くて使いやすい。朝ごはんは早起き？した甲斐がありました。お昼ごはんがいらない位頂きました。正面の駐車場に停める事は出来なかったのですが、丸広百貨店本川越側駐車場の割引をされ、１２時過ぎでも無料だったのが驚きと嬉しかったです。 The large communal bath is not a men's and women's exchange system, so I was able to relax. Women are happy with the amenities that can be selected up to five. The table in the room is large and easy to use. Do you get up early for breakfast? It was worth it. I didn't need lunch. I couldn't park in the parking lot in front of me, but I was surprised and happy that the parking lot on the Maruhiro Department Store Motokawakoshi side was discounted and it was free even after 12:00.
み	みっちー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「旅して埼玉割」を使って宿泊しました。半額の6000円でしたが、クーポン2種類、5000円分をもらいました！かなりお得に宿泊しました！駐車場はありますが、すぐに満車状態なのでホテルから徒歩5分くらいにある「丸広百貨店川越店」の立体駐車場に停めます。提携しているので、朝10:00までに出れば無料です。駐車場に関しては少し不便でしたので、「場所」を★4にしました。客室、サービス（朝ごはん）は他のスーパーホテルと同様、素晴らしいです！朝ごはんは川越らしく、スイートポテトがありました！おいしかったです。 I stayed using "Travel and Saitama Discount". It was half price of 6000 yen, but I got 2 types of coupons, 5000 yen! We stayed at a great deal! There is a parking lot, but it will be full soon, so we will park at the multi-storey car park of "Maruhiro Department Store Kawagoe", which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Since we are affiliated, it is free if you leave by 10:00 in the morning. As for the parking lot, it was a little inconvenient, so I changed the "location" to ★ 4. The rooms and services (breakfast) are just as great as any other super hotel! Breakfast was like Kawagoe, and there was sweet potato! It was delicious.
ホ	ホテル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川越の観光で5泊お世話になりました。ホテルのフロントさんもとても感じが良く，ホテルも清潔感があり，セキュリティもしっかりとしていて，安心して宿泊出来ました！無料の健康朝食も，クロワッサンやナポリタンや塩焼きそばが特に美味しいと思いました。大浴場も清潔感があり，気持ち良かったです。川越に泊まるならここが1番良いです！ Thank you for visiting Kawagoe for 5 nights. The front desk of the hotel was very nice, the hotel was clean, the security was good, and I was able to stay with peace of mind! As for the free healthy breakfast, I thought that croissants, Napolitan and salted fried noodles were especially delicious. The large communal bath was also clean and comfortable. This is the best place to stay in Kawagoe!
E	Eloise Duffy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a great location, super clean, and with decent amenities, but the check-in process is just awful. We got there around 2:30 pm, and the staff was not even at the front desk. They were in the back and only after the housekeeper came by to ask for something, they showed up to help me. I was told that we could not check in because it wasn't 3:00 pm yet. Our room was most likely ready and the hotel was empty, but Japanese hotels are not flexible in terms of check-in early, which to me is not helpful. At 3 pm, the front desk area was packed (most likely everyone was there early, but couldn't check-in prior to 3 pm). The lady that was supposed to check me in seemed confused, so we had to wait for other staff to finish and then help us. We were told to grab a bunch of amenities by the front desk, so I'm carrying two pillows, towels, Yukatas, plus our bags. It would be nice if they had baskets. The room was super small (typical Japanese room), but was very comfortable and had nice amenities, including NetFlix. The hotel location is perfect with tons of restaurants nearby and the train station is less than 5 minutes walk. We did not eat breakfast or used the Onsen, but it seemed nice.
