焼き団子は醤油味とこし餡があります。
醤油味はほんの少しだけ砂糖が入っているのか醤油の辛みにも微かな甘みがあり香ばしい醤油の焦げとのバランスが非常にいいです！
醤油味は焼き立てより少し時間をおいた方が味が馴染んで美味しいです。
冬場や少し固くなったと思ったらレンジでラップせずに人肌より少しだけ温かいぐらいにすると柔らかさも戻り更に美味しいです！
