A	Alvin Poh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No language issues, the clinic understands English. If you want to take the bus, you'll need to take the HV-3 and stop at Ryusei Kaen and hoof it for another 15 minutes.

I had a check up and x-rays done for my knee and it wasnt too expensive considering that i am a foreigner, less than ¥20000. They do speak english. The clinic is a bit hard to find and far from the happo bus terminal. My advice if you are staying near happo-one or happo gondola would be to arrive at the bus station around 12pm by taking last shuttle bus no. 1 or 2, then take shuttle bus 3 at 1pm to ryusen kaen (last stop) , and then take a short walk to the clinic. That’s if you dont want to take a taxi because they can get expensive. The sign is in japanese characters so try not to miss it. To get back to happo-one area, you can take the night bus from The Big supermarket which is a 10 minute walk from the clinic. The first bus is around 6.45pm so you have some time to kill.
s	squealing piglet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we had to visit the doctor while on holiday from Australia. First rate service with very good english and first rate service. All the staff were attentive. No appointment required and we didn't have to wait long even though there were a few people waiting.
J	Jacob Hedaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought here on recommendation of Happo-one medics following a knee injury. Quick and easy x-ray and diagnosis. In and out in 1.5 hours. Excellent staff and doctor, even considering language barrier. All patients I saw were there with ski related injuries.
M	Megan Fensham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our friend to this clinic at 4.20pm 40mins before closing as this was the only English speaking clinic within close distance. Our friend has a pre-existing heart condition (has an internal defibrillator), he was experiencing symptoms such as lightheadedness and irregular heart rate and general feeling of unwell. We were turned away and told that we would have to go to the other clinic as there was a waiting list. I understand other people also had to wait however it appeared that this clinic was running as a first come first serve and not on a triage system. Very disappointed that this clinic did not treat our friends condition more seriously.
D	Dino_Z GG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THANK YOU SO MUCH for my wrist that I broke while snowboarding, it entered at the last moment which was Sunday at 4:30pm and luckily they were open.Big thanks to the friendly doctors that were there and for the cast.Recommend if you injure yourself in Nakiyama station, it’s not too long by drive but make sure you get by car there, it’s pretty long walk so you will have to go trough pain to get there.
