★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当の方の対応は丁寧でしたが、間取りに和室と書かれていた部屋が入居したら洋室に変わってました(笑)こちらとしては和室より洋室のほうが良かったのでうれしい誤算？ではありましたが、事前にそのことを伝えるべきだったんじゃないですか？もし和室を期待していた方だったら確実にトラブルの元になったと思いますよ。
こちらで提携している大和リビングも最高にひどかったのでもう利用することはないでしょうね。
The person in charge was polite, but when the room that was written as a Japanese-style room in the floor plan moved in, it changed to a Western-style room (laughs). But shouldn't we have told that in advance? If you were expecting a Japanese-style room, I'm sure it was a source of trouble.
Daiwa Living, which we are affiliated with here, was also the worst, so you won't be using it anymore.
