お客様の大事な商品を扱っているとは思えません。
接客も最悪ですし、こんなに酷い店は久しぶりに来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ twitterに発売する、当日分有りと書いてあった商品が開店早々に売り切れと言われ諦めて帰ろうとしたらやっぱり有ったと。買えてよかったけど、在庫管理はしっかりして欲しい。あと、飛沫防止のシートせいで店員の声が全く聞こえなく困った

かなり背の高い棚にソフトを入れる事で売り場面積を減らしているようです。最上段は大人でも脚立を使わないと届かないですね。
一通り見て回ったのですが、中古コントローラー(写真に載せてないハード含む)がかなり充実している感じでした。

チラシを出していますが基本状態確認が厳しすぎます。実際は傷が付いていなくても角白かけや傷ありで買い取りをしているように感じました。これから持ち込む方は疑問を持ちましたら他のトレカショップにも持ち込み比較しましょう。後悔しないために。
満額であれば78,000円のカードが53,000円程度でした。自分が確認したときにはとくに目立つ傷がありませんでしたが後々売却して後悔しました。他のお客さんが高値で傷物を販売され犠牲になりますから。2022年4月ですが買い取りカウンターの女性の方も愛想なし。アプリを出すのが遅くなっただけで怒り出す。POPに書いてあるからと言われましたが買い取り台帳でPOP隠れていましたが。
基本はどこのスーパーやゲームショップにいっても先にポイントカードありますか？やアプリお持ちですかと訪ねるのが普通です。静岡鑑定団グループ6店舗とも回るのでわかりますがレベルが一番酷いですよ。客を馬鹿にするような真似はやめてまっとうな商売をお願いします。
