「仲介依頼書を書いた方には必ず他の購入者が現れた際、連絡を入れます」と言われていたため、ローンの手配など準備してたところ、他の購入者が現れたにも関わらず一切連絡もしてこず、いつの間に物件は売れてしまってました。
ダイワハウスグループなので安心してましたがかなり驚きな対応でした。
まったく信頼の出来ない対応です。

It was said that "the person who wrote the brokerage request will be contacted when another purchaser appears", so when I was preparing to arrange a loan, other purchasers also appeared. Despite this, I didn't contact him at all, and the property sold out before I knew it.
I was relieved because it was the Daiwa House Group, but it was quite a surprise.
It is a completely unreliable response.
