中古マンション購入希望で、内覧をお願いしたが、営業マンの機嫌が悪かったのか案内の時も一言もしゃべらず、もちろん部屋や設備の説明等も一切なし、面倒臭そうに突っ立ってるだけで、こっちが質問しても面倒くさそうに答えるだけ。あげく自分から「もういいですか」と内覧を打ち切り、さっさと帰って行った。
昨年からいくつか内覧に行っているが、他社の方はとても親切に対応してくれるのに、ここは最低の対応過ぎてびっくりした。
内覧から帰ってすぐに、先月対応してくれた他社の営業の方に連絡し、親切な対応に癒されつつ、そちらで購入することにした。
家の売買どちらも経験しており、今回２度目の購入だったがその中でも過去一番最低な対応だった。
皆さんも気をつけてください。
 I was surprised at the lowest possible response.
I asked for a preview because I wanted to buy a second-hand condominium, but I didn't say a word at the time of the guidance whether the salesman was in a bad mood, and of course I didn't explain the room or equipment at all. Even if I ask a question, I just answer it so that it seems to be troublesome. After all, I stopped the preview and went home quickly.
I've been to some previews since last year, and although other companies responded very kindly, I was surprised that the minimum response was too low.
Immediately after returning from the preview, I contacted a sales person from another company who responded last month and decided to purchase there while being healed by the kind response.
I have experienced both buying and selling a house, and this was my second purchase, but it was the worst response ever.
Please be careful, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応がいまいち。依頼した書類が届かない。千里中央地域に良い印象持ってただけにイメージが悪くなりました。
Telephone correspondence is not good enough. I haven't received the requested documents. I had a good impression of the Senri Chuo area, so my image got worse.
