★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脱毛で行きましたが、まず待ち時間が多すぎます。待っている間に来られた別のお客さんが、来院時刻を少し過ぎての到着だったようで、「次から守っていただけないと困ります。」と結構強めに注意されていたのに、病院側は待たせるんかいと言う感じ。
でも、湘南は待ち時間が発生するのが当然と言う感じなのか、医師の肌チェックを受けるために通された個室にも「待ち時間を過ごしていただく患者様へ」という、充電器や雑誌の貸し出しについての案内の貼り紙がありました。
貸し出しを充実させるよりも待ち時間を減らす努力をしていただきたいです。
医師の肌チェックも一瞥するだけというかんじで、ここまで待たされた意味があったのか？と感じるほど。
施術室も狭く、清潔な感じもなく、男性とカーテン一枚で区切られているのは私は嫌でした。
同じ心斎橋なら、確実にリゼクリニックのほうが清潔だし丁寧だし待ち時間もないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末二重術3点留めで手術を受けさせていただきました。カウンセラーさん、看護師さん、ドクター、皆様とても丁寧で雰囲気が良かったです！不安だった施術も、あたたかい雰囲気のおかげで安心して受けることができました！
仕上がりもとても気に入っていて本当によかったです！
 I had a double surgery on the weekend with 3 points. The counselors, nurses and doctors were all very polite and the atmosphere was good! Thanks to the warm atmosphere, I was able to receive the treatment that I was worried about with peace of mind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目の下の切らないたるみ取りの施術をして頂きました。カウンセリングも丁寧で、悩みを全て聞いていただきました。ダウンタイムは少し顔が腫れ、太腿も痛く歩きづらかったので、長期休みに施術する方が良いかと思います。ずっと気になっていたので、今回受ける事ができ、とても嬉しく感じています。

During the downtime, my face was swollen a little and my thighs hurt and it was hard to walk, so I think it is better to perform the treatment during a long vacation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 顔脱毛に行きましたが看護師の対応が最悪でした。ニキビがあってできない部分があったのですが、その他にも肌の色が黒いからおでこは照射できないと言われました。
他にも日焼け止め塗っていますか？夏に沖縄とか行かれました？照射できる肌の色が決まっていて、夏だったら他の部分も難しい等散々言われました。
日焼けしていたり、ニキビ部分には照射不可なのは理解できあますが、日焼け止めをおでこだけ塗らないとかあります？自分の元の肌色を馬鹿にされているようでした。私の肌の色で照射出来なかったらブルベの透き通るような色白の方しか無理だと思いますよ。
全脱でリゼにも行っていますが、あちらの看護師の方の方が丁寧で優しい印象です。野戦病院みたいだし梅田院（別の施術）でも不快な思いをしたので院を変えましたが、どこもこうなら湘南にはもう行きません。

I also go to Rize with all the escapes, but the nurse there is a polite and gentle impression. It looks like a field hospital, and I felt uncomfortable at Umeda-in (another treatment), so I changed the hospital, but I wouldn't go to Shonan anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末にフォーエバー二重術を受けたのですが、先生もスタッフの方も明るく、不安な点は丁寧に説明してくださったので良かったです。仕事を休むことができなかったのでダウンタイムがネックだったのですが、目立つ腫れが出ることもなく内出血程度で済み、施術3日後に整形のことを話していないいとこに会っても何も気づかれないほどでした。整形する前は毎朝時間をかけて二重を作っていたので、それがなくなった今ゆっくり準備できるのが嬉しいです。本当に受けて良かったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フォーエバー二重術を受けました！1番安い施術はカウンセリングで私の当時の目の状態ではたるみや赤みがあったので無理だとお聞きし少し残念でしたが、フォーエバー二重術をモニター価格で施術を受けることが出来ました。2週間程は内出血が引かず少し心配でしたが3週間経つと綺麗に内出血もなくなり、二重幅も安定しました。ゴロゴロする感覚や痛みもなくお化粧する時間が短縮されとても満足しています！担当医さん、看護師さん、受付の方々も対応がすごく良く、気さくでお話しやすかったです。施術中も明るい話題をふってくださり、笑気麻酔中でしたが楽しくお話して1時間が過ぎました。大満足で友達にもすすめたいと感じました！

時間ぴったり、または早くにご案内が基本だと勘違いしていました。
湘南美容外科ではどの院でもお客様を１０分程待たせるということが当たり前のように思えます。
大手であり、顧客数も多い、安価がそこに響いてるのかなと思います。
安値で施術もきっちり受けれるので、私は、そこは気にしません。
予定をきっちり入れてる方には、少し遅めに予定を入れたほうが余裕もって行けると思います。
照射時は、薄い茶色のカーテンで仕切られてます。
もちろん人の姿は見えませんが、裸になってる横に男性が照射してるのは声でわかります。
カーテンめくれたら…なんて考えるとドキドキで不安ですが。
でも、全てひっくるめても、貧乏にとっては安値で受けれるので満足です！
あ、あと、カウンセリング時に肌を見てもらうとき、男性医師に見られるのでとても恥ずかしいですが、
どのクリニックでも男性医師が多いです。
ただ、その対策でカメラで写して医師に見せる方法があるクリニックもあれば、ないクリニックもあるので、どちらがメリットデメリットって感じも、お客さんの価値観によると思います。
